Perthshire North MSP, Mr John Swinney, has today congratulated Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) on winning the “People’s Choice Award” at SCVO Scottish Charity Awards 2019.
The “People’s Choice Award” category was open to the public, and saw 34,800 votes cast across all 44 finalists.
Commenting, Mr Swinney said:
“I am delighted that Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance has been recognised for the life-saving work it undertakes.
“From meeting with staff and volunteers, I have seen first-hand the commitment towards helping others that exists within the organisation.
“This award is a fitting tribute to the extraordinary impact SCAA has made on the lives of countless families. I offer SCAA my warmest congratulations and look forward to their continued success in the years to come.
