Perthshire North MSP, John Swinney, will undertake a fresh series of constituency surgeries this November, starting on Monday (7 November).
Mr Swinney’s surgery tour will see him visit several locations, from Perth to Pitlochry, Errol to Alyth and Inchture to Aberfeldy. His visits to communities across his constituency of Perthshire North will help to make him more accessible to constituents across the area.
Speaking about his surgery tour, Mr Swinney said:
“I very much enjoy getting out and about in my constituency and meeting as many people as possible.
“It is very important that I make it as easy as possible for constituents to contact me and that is why I try to visit as many places, and speak to as many people, as possible. I would encourage anyone in the local area, who needs my assistance, to come and speak to me or to contact my constituency office to arrange an appointment.”
Mr Swinney’s surgery tour will cover ten different towns and villages between Monday 7 November and Monday 14 November. On Monday 7 November, he will visit Perth, Dunkeld, Aberfeldy and Pitlochry. On Friday 11 November, Mr Swinney will visit Errol, Scone, Coupar Angus and Alyth. His final surgeries will take place in Invergowrie and Inchture on Monday 14 November.
Appointments for surgeries can be made by contacting Mr Swinney’s constituency office, in Blairgowrie, on 01250 876576. Full details of the surgery venues and times can be found on Mr Swinney’s website: http://www.johnswinney.scot/local-surgeries/.
